Sasha Banks has questionably been placed on the backburner in the WWE.

"The Boss" had a lot of buzz upon her addition to the main roster after putting herself and women's wrestling on the map in NXT. She then helped steal the show at WrestleMania 32, but has since been lost in the shuffle.

It's likely the WWE is holding out until SummerSlam for the former NXT Women's Champion's big moment. If that's true, that's fine, but there's no reason to keep one of the best in-ring workers, talkers and characters dormant until late summer.

Here are three feuds Banks could engage in as a way to build herself back up to prominence and gain back some of her lost momentum.

1) Paige

Much like Banks, the Norwich, England native made her debut to much fanfare and even surpassed her by winning the then-Divas Championship in her first match. Paige had two runs with the belt, but then was placed to the side by the WWE before recently taking a hiatus. Now that she's back and ready to reclaim "her house," Paige could use a new rival. With Banks also in need of someone new to feud with, these two could put on a great rivalry together if the WWE once again embraces Paige's heel side, while allowing Banks to prosper as its next top babyface.

2) Dana Brooke

The blonde newcomer is currently engaged in a rivalry with Becky Lynch, but Banks has some shared history with the "Lass Kicker." Emma's injury came at an unfortunate time as pitting EnD against Lynch and Banks could have made for some very interesting storylines between the four former NXT Divas. Banks could still piggyback off of the Ireland native's on-screen beef with Brooke and curve it into a feud of her own.

3) Lana

This may not be the popular choice, but since there are many people who don't want to see the "Ravishing Russian" pushed and that same group would love to see Banks become the No. 1 face, it could be a perfect way for the WWE to generate heat for Rusev's soon-to-be wife. If Lana beats down Banks, it will get the WWE Universe up in arms, but also open up the door for "The Boss" to eventually overcome her and use her as a stepping stone toward being pushed hard in the division.

Which wrestler do you want to see Sasha Banks feud with next?
