With just six nights until things get extreme, the WWE presents "Monday Night RAW" live this week from the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, N.C.

This week will feature the final buildup to Extreme Rules, which emanates live this Sunday from the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. and is headlined by a WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout pitting title-holder Roman Reigns against No. 1 contender AJ Styles.

Here are five things to watch for and the latest rumors for this week's edition of the flagship show:

1) Styles Crash

The "Phenomenal One" is banged up heading into his no DQ, no countout match with Reigns this Sunday. Styles is dealing with an ankle injury, which caused the WWE to keep him from working live events over the weekend. It appears the WWE will likely play things on the safe side by having Styles participate in a verbal capacity on "RAW" instead of mixing it up in the ring. With The Club and The Usos also involved, the WWE could keep Styles in a spectator role this week, much like they did on "SmackDown."

For what it's worth, Styles intimated on Twitter that he should be ready to go this week on "RAW:"

2) Title Fight

The Intercontinental Championship scene is flourishing right now, but there may be a setback leading into The Miz's defense against Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens and Cesaro at Extreme Rules. Owens reportedly suffered some sort of injury in his live event match against Zayn this past Sunday in South Carolina, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com. The WWE's prize fighter was hit by Zayn's Thunderbomb and had to be helped to the back after the match as the referee put up the "X" symbol to denote an injury.

There's no word on the truth or severity of the injury, so for now it appears the Fatal 4 Way match will go down on Sunday as planned unless something is noted this week on "RAW."

3) Women's Wrestling Wrap-up

It's a busy time in the women's division as there are several storylines at play. The most notable issue is between Charlotte and Natalya as the reigning Women's Champion prepares to defend her gold in a Submission Match at Extreme Rules with Ric Flair banned from ringside. Paige also returned last week, scoring a huge victory over Charlotte in a non-title bout.

Becky Lynch is also involved in an intriguing storyline now that Dana Brooke made her main roster debut to side with Emma and form a team dubbed "EnD." The "Lass Kicker" will likely seek some help in fending off the two blondes, which could come from the newly returned Paige, her old ally Sasha Banks or possibly someone else.

4) Tag Team Turmoil

Speaking of busy divisions, there is also a lot going on in the world of tag team wrestling. The reigning champions, The New Day, are set for a clash with The Vaudevillians -- who have received strong booking on the main roster -- this Sunday. Elsewhere in the division, Big Cass is surviving on his own after Enzo Amore got sidelined with a concussion at Payback, while Primo and Epico are set to return to "RAW" this week after their run as Los Matadores came to an end.

5) The Leftovers

There are a lot of major feuds heating up heading into "RAW" this week. This episode will feature the final buildup for the United States Championship match between Rusev and Kalisto. Chris Jericho and Dean Ambrose are also likely to square off again at Extreme Rules, likely with a stipulation involved, but the match hasn't been made official. Jericho hilariously blocked the WWE on Twitter this weekend:

It wouldn't' be surprising to see the company reveal more matches for Extreme Rules this week since only five bouts are official heading into this week's episode of "RAW."

Which 'Extreme Rules' match are you most looking forward to?
