Mike Fisher and the Predators are on the brink of playoff elimination, but everything seems fine in the Nashville center's personal life.

Fisher and his wife, Carrie Underwood, are clearly deeply in love and they often use social media to express their feelings toward each other. The forward netted the triple overtime game-winner for the Predators in Game 4 of their series against the Sharks to tie it 2-2 last Thursday.

After the goal, Underwood took to Twitter to praise her husband and couldn't get enough of his heroics:

Fisher returned the favor when it comes to social media adoration, paying tribute to the "Jesus Take The Wheel" singer as well as his own mother on Sunday during Mother's Day:

On the ice, Fisher and the Predators face a tough challenge in the Sharks. Though Fisher's triple OT thriller tied the series up with San Jose, the Sharks obliterated their opponents, 5-1, in Game 5 on Saturday. Fisher scored the lone goal for the Predators in Game 5, his fifth of the playoffs.

The series is now shifting back to Nashville, where the Predators took Games 3 and 4, but the club is in a 3-2 series hole and one loss away from elimination with the puck set to drop on Game 6 at the Bridgestone Arena on Monday.

Both of these superstars in their own arenas are very supportive of one another. Underwood, who is currently on her "The Storyteller Tour," attended Fisher's milestone 1,000th NHL game in March and beamed with pride afterward.

"It's very special for our family to get to be here for Mike," Underwood told NHL.com in March after attending the game. "He's there for me and for us as much as he possibly can be with his busy schedule and it's nice to be able to return the favor."

Fisher, 35, has 167 goals, 181 assists and 348 points during his 16-year career and is 23-24--47 in 112 playoff games.
