The Undertaker's highly-anticipated return to Monday Night RAW was ... disappointing.
The "Demon from Death Valley" made a comeback to the flagship show this week, but he didn't say much of anything. In fact, the theatrics of his entrance lasted longer than his actual appearance in the ring.
Possible Swerves To Undertaker vs. Shane McMahon
Ever since the WWE announced that 'Taker will work for Vince McMahon and battle the boss' son Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32 on April 3, something seemed off.
The Undertaker is a babyface, so pairing up with Vince McMahon doesn't make too much sense. There was hope he'd come back and shed light on why he would work with the villainous owner of the WWE, but there was really no explanation.
John Cena Should Heed Steve Austin's Advice
Vince McMahon came out and called "The Deadman" his "instrument of distruction," but when 'Taker entered the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Monday, nothing was made clear. The Undertaker grabbed the chairman by the throat and said just two sentences before leaving.

The Undertaker vs. Shane McMahon is a weird matchup, and though there is more than four weeks until WrestleMania, the WWE didn't take advantage of 'Taker's rare appearance on RAW.
It could be 'Taker is just taking on Shane McMahon because he has to since Vince McMahon runs the company, or because he likes to fight and doesn't care who he faces.
Still, the storyline's latest chapter left a lot to be desired.
