Ronda Rousey still may be the women's face of the UFC, but Holly Holm is making inroads.
Rousey, after all, doesn't yet have her image on a minor league baseball jersey.
Holly Holm Says No To Body Paint
The Albuquerque Isotopes, the Colorado Rockies' Triple-A affiliate announced that they will honor Holm, an Albuquerque native and current UFC women's bantamweight champion, with "Holly Holm Night" on April 16, according to the Isotopes website.
The event will feature Holm throwing out the ceremonial first pitch and the first 3,000 fans in attendance scoring a Holly Holm bobblehead doll.

Perhaps most impressive are the Holm-themed baseball jerseys that Isotopes will sell in a silent auction after the game. A photo of Holms in a black tank top with her arms folded graces the front of the Isotopes jersey.
The team also will honor "Better Call Saul" main character Saul Goodman, played by actor Bob Odenkirk, with Goodman jerseys that will be sold after an Aug. 6 home game.
The television show is shot and based in Albuquerque.
Holm is set to make her first defense of her UFC title on March 5 when she faces Miesha Tate in Las Vegas at UFC 196.
If Holm defends her championship, she is tentatively scheduled to face Rousey in a rematch in November, a year after Holm burst onto the international scene with her shocking upset of Rousey in Australia.
Of course, Holm seemingly still has a ways to go before her popularity matches that of Rousey.
In announcing the promotions, the Isotopes drew more reaction from its "Better Call Saul Night" promotion than it did its "Holly Holm Night."
Under the headline, " 'Better Call Saul' night in Albuquerque is the best minor league theme of the season," SB nation reported:
"The Isotopes are hosting 'Better Call Saul' night in August as a nod to Odenkirk's character from 'Breaking Bad' and the spinoff 'Better Call Saul.' Both shows were based in New Mexico, so it's a natural tie in. Plus who wouldn't want a jersey with Jimmy McGill pointing at you.
"Odenkirk's face won't be the only one featured on an Isotopes' jersey this season. The team will also hold Holly Holm night to celebrate the current UFC champion."
