To Olivia Munn, potatoes are more than just great food -- they keep her beautiful.

The gorgeous "X-Men: Apocalypse" actress recently shared a beauty tip that involves the spuds. Though it sounds absolutely insane, it's hard to argue with the results.

Oliva Munn Would Approve Of Packers WR James Jones' Proposal

Munn, who is the girlfriend of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, received a lot of scrutiny online when people accused her of getting plastic surgery to stay beautiful. As it turns out, she has found a way to cleverly use potatoes to her advantage.

"I've talked about this before and I still stand by it: Japanese potatoes that are high in Hyaluronic Acid help keep wrinkles away." Munn wrote on Instagram. "There are Hyaluronic Acid pills and vitamins but I think that the best way to get it in your system is by eating them in foods that naturally have them."

Aaron Rodgers Would Love Olivia Munn To Join The Family

Munn also attributes her beauty to the workouts she does every week. The former "Newsroom" star said the exercises she does for an hour a few times a week led to weight loss, which "leaned out my cheeks and jaw line."

Looking at Munn's photo she posted on Instagram, it's hard to argue with her methods. Given who her boyfriend is and her newfound love for Green Bay, she may start using cheese soon.
