Tim Tebow isn't just looking for a return to the NFL, he's also in the market for a new love interest.

The former quarterback appeared on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday and revealed that he is searching for the right woman. Tebow was linked to beauty queen Olivia Culpo in the past, but after months of rumors, nothing materialized between the two.

"I'm single, yes," Tebow told DeGeneres. "Obviously [I'm looking for] someone that I'm extremely attracted to, but I think there has to be more there. There has to be depth. Obviously, you have to have similar beliefs, you have to have chemistry [and] character. But there has to be something more than glitz and glamour."

The former Heisman Trophy winner revealed that he dates "some," but hasn't quite found the right one. Tebow has made it no secret that he's a devout Christian and is saving himself for marriage. Here are some other religious athletes and celebrities he could be a perfect fit for.

Inviting Former Players Like Tim Tebow Could Fix Pro Bowl

1) Lolo Jones

The Olympic gold medalist, much like Tebow, is in tremendous shape and is also very religious. Jones has tried to remain a virgin just like Tebow, and appears to be very much on the market.

2) Serena Williams

The tennis sensation has been linked to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, but should anything happen, she'd make a nice fit for Tebow. Though she came up short in the Australian Open, Williams is a highly-decorated athlete and is also super religious.

3) Ciara

Yes, yes, we know the R&B singer is dating Russell Wilson and though no one would want to wish ill-will on a happy couple, anything can happen in the world. Ciara obviously has a thing for quarterbacks and loves Wilson enough to stay celibate, so should she ever wind up back on the market, she'd make a great fit as Tebow's girlfriend.

4) Katy Perry

This one is a little complicated since the gorgeous singer has gone on record by saying she doesn't believe in heaven or hell, but does believe in a higher-power. While she and Tebow could be a difficult match, her belief in God is strong, just like the former NFL star.

"I'm not Buddhist, I'm not Hindu, I'm not Christian, but I still feel like I have a deep connection with God," she told Marie Claire Magazine in 2013. "I pray all the time - for self-control, for humility. There's a lot of gratitude in it. Just saying 'thank you' sometimes is better than asking for things."
