Preview, Odds
The Warriors are 4.5-point favorites for tonight’s clash (Pregame.com), which is historic because of these teams’ stellar records. They have a combined 78-10 record. Impressed? You should be, because that’s never happened before.

Kawhi Leonard Arguably The Best All-Around Player In The NBA Now
Both teams seem like they’re trying to keep an even keel despite the buildup for such a clash of elite squads. Steve Kerr is saying he and his team are excited for the game, and that win or lose they’ll gain valuable lessons from it.
"Win or lose, both teams will really benefit from playing against each other." There’s certainly no inflammatory comments about champagne coming from the Warriors before tonight, indicating a level of respect that may not be there for the Cavs.
The Spurs, on the other hand, aren’t revealing their full hand. Tonight is a rest night for PF Tim Duncan, a future Hall of Famer. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich is unlikely to show Golden State any intricacies that could possibly turn up in a playoff series.
