Lamar Odom is finally ready to learn the specifics of his near-death experience.

The former NBA star has moved to a live-in rehab facility in Los Angeles after being in the hospital for about three months. Odom overdosed on cocaine and other drugs at a Nevada brothel in October and nearly lost his life.

Odom's wife Khloe Kardashian has been by his side ever since the situation and temporarily put a hold on their divorce proceedings to support him financially. The reality star also bears the burden of filling in Odom on exactly what happened to him.

"Every day he'll ask me, 'so what happened to me,'" Kardashian said via Page Six. "Like today specifically, he was like how many tubes did I have in me again? And I'm like I don't know what's too serious to tell you, but I'm honest."

When the incident first occurred, the Kardashian clan was preparing for the worst. Odom is still very much a part of the family despite the realtionship struggles he's had with Khloe, which occurred mostly because of his demons.

The Kardashians were told he had merely hours to live when he was found unconcious following the drug binge. Odom has made some miraculous improvements since that grisly prognosis, even taking a few steps.

Kardashian revealed that the former Laker's long-term memory has improved, but his short-term still needs some work. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also takes solace in Odom asking the tough questions.

"But it's good that he wants to know these answers," she said. "Before he didn't want to know, he wasn't ready to know. So it's great that he's at the point that he's ready to know everything happened."

Kardashian is in an unenviable position, but she's handled Odom's recovery with aplomb, even if it may have helped cost her a relationship with James Harden.
