Two of the most notorious clubs in Mexican football cross paths on Sunday, as Chivas Guadalajara host Tigres UANL.

The Goats enter Week 3 still in search of their first victory of the 2016 Clausura campaign. Draws with Cruz Azul and Veracruz leave Guadalajara with two points in the Liga MX table. Fortunately for the club, Dorados -- who suffered yet another defeat in Week 3 -- sit on zero points.

Relegation seems less likely for the hosts.

As for Tigres, the club returned to form in Week 2. A 2-0 victory served as the club's first of the season.

What They're Saying

Chivas Guadalajara defender Carlos Salcedo (via Esto): "This match will serve as a measuring stick for us to know where we are this tournament. On top of that, we want to be strong at home and we want to keep playing dynamic football. We want to attack and that's how we'll beat Tigres."

Tigres UANL forward Rafael Sobis (via Esto): "We worked all week. We're prepared for every situation. We know they [Chivas] are a strong team, aggressive. We're prepared for them to attack us, and if they decide to defend, we're prepared for that too."
