Don't expect to see Marshawn Lynch in a Seahawks jersey next year. His NFL future is elsewhere in 2016.

Marshawn Lynch Is Just A Nice Guy

The often-controversial RB is expected to be cut in the offseason, per The Seattle Times. Seattle will be "looking to trade or, maybe more likely, release him," according to Bob Condotta. The Seahawks would receive $6.5 million in cap relief as a result.

Below are three NFL teams that should pounce on Lynch's services the minute he hits the free-agent market.

NFL Players You Would Never Want To Fight

Giants

The ground-and-pound mantra of the Giants dissipated in 2016. Not because of some change in philosophy, but simply because the team lacked a primary runner.

Rashad Jennings led the way with 863 yards and three TDs. Shane Vereen and Andre Williams also saw a bulk of the carries, running for 260 yards and 257 yards, respectively. That's not exactly the type of cover Eli Manning requires in the backfield.

Signing Lynch won't provide any long-term benefits, but can prove to be beneficial in the short term.

Texans

Arian Foster hasn't exactly done himself any favors, making just four appearances thanks to a torn Achilles that sidelined him for the season in Week 7. He played just 13 games in 2014 and eight the season before that.

With an $8.9 million cap hit next season, his future in Houston is near its end. Lynch would serve as a much cheaper and more reliable replacement.

Patriots

Is there a more shrewd operator in the NFL than Bill Belichick?

If there's anyone in the NFL more willing to collect another man's garbage, it's the face of the Patriots dynasty. At least we know he's smart enough to hand the ball off to Lynch with the game on the line.
