Paige is never shy about saying what comes to mind, but the newest cast member of "Total Divas" should give her a run for her money when it comes to being snarky.
Amanda Saccomanno, who goes by "Mandy" in the ring and on the reality show, joins the cast for the series premiere on Tuesday, and it seems like there are some issues between the blonde bombshell and Paige.
Interesting Facts About New 'Total Divas' Cast Member Mandy
The two ladies have history as Paige was a judge on "Tough Enough" and didn't always see eye-to-eye with Mandy.
"There's a new girl this season called Amanda, which we were on a show prior to this together called 'Tough Enough' and I was a judge and she was competing to be a WWE Superstar/Diva," Paige told TooFab.com when promoting the show. "So we definitely butted heads on that show because I felt like she had a terrible attitude and when she was welcomed on this show it definitely shocked me."
Paige Continues To Dodge Marriage Questions
Paige (23) is a little younger than Mandy (24), but has more experience in the squared circle. With the show set to air the first episode of Season 5 on Tuesday, one of the highlights of the early part of the season will focus on Paige and Mandy's rivalry.
The Norwich, England native grew up wrestling and is used to a life of touring, as she made her debut at the tender age of 13. Mandy, meanwhile, mainly focused on fitness competitions until transitioning to the WWE through the "Tough Enough" reality show.
It could be this contrast of backgrounds and unwillingness to back down from competition that will spark their rivalry.
Despite the fact that the two Divas start off on rocky footing, Paige admits things will get better as the season progresses.
"But, you know, I've gotten to know her and she is awesome," Paige said, "but we do clash sometimes."
Those clashes should be one of the highlights of the new season of "Total Divas."
