Tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET, the Vancouver Canucks (3-3-0) and Philadelphia Flyers (1-5-0) square off live from Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The game can be live streamed here. Vancouver fans can hear all of the hard-hitting action on TEAM 1410, while Philadelphia fans can do the same on 97.5 FM the Fanatic.

Both of these teams come into the game with a losing streak as the Canucks embark on a seven-game road trip after dropping back-to-back games while the Flyers were swept over the weekend and their offense has yet to click out of the gate this season.

The Flyers' eight goals are the second fewest in the NHL and the team has taken 39 minor penalties--which is the league-high, so the team will hope that coming home after dropping back-to-back road games will give it a lift. The penalties cost the Flyers especially during a 5-2 loss against the Red Wings in Detroit when the Wings cashed in on three of the five penalties Philadelphia committed.

"We have to stop taking penalties," head coach Craig Berube told NHL.com following the loss. "It's been an issue in this organization for too long. It's got to get better, and we will get better because of the style we want to play, and [with better] skating you won't take as many penalties when you're moving your feet. The hooking and holding and dumb penalties have to be eliminated. They're unacceptable."

The Canucks are looking for a scoring touch themselves after being out-tallied 8-1 in their last two-games, but captain Henrik Sedin believes that a lengthy road trip could be just what the team needs as it could be a bonding experience as well as a chance to further learn new coach John Tortorella's system.

"I think it's nice to go away during the season, get together as a team," Sedin told NHL.com. "We're playing some tough teams [but] it's easier to get into team game on the road rather than at home. It's good for us."

Henrik and his brother Daniel Sedin have paced the Canucks in scoring as Henrik has one goal and six assists for seven points while Daniel matches Henrik with seven points on two goals and five assists. Mike Santorelli is off to the best start of his NHL career for Vancouver with four goals through his first six games.

The Flyers offensive woes are defined by the fact that their highest scorer has just four points as Brayden Schenn has two goals and two assists to lead the team. Captain Claude Giroux, who had 48 points in as many games last season, has just one point so far and remains goal-less while posting a minus-3 rating.

Vancouver goalie Roberto Luongo has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.99 GAA and a .898 save percentage while Philadelphia's main net minder Steve Mason is 1-3-0 with a 2.03 GAA and a .935 save percentage.

Vancouver looks to start its road trip off on the right foot while Philadelphia looks for its offense to get any sort of hope when the puck drops in Philadelphia tonight.
