Lamar Odom and his estranged father were spotted walking together in Venice over the weekend and sources close to the pair tell TMZ they are well on the way to again patching up their stormy relationship.
According to TMZ, the two have been hanging out together for the last at or around the Marina del Rey complex where Joe Odom lives and Lamar once paid the rent before their public fallout last week.
The 33-year-old Odom openly attacked his father in the media last month after he dared to criticize Khloe Kardashian and her family over their treatment of his son. Joe Odom also blamed the reality TV starlet and the Kardashian klan for his son's alleged crack addiction, calling momager Kris Jenner "an evil b--ch."
Lamar Odom responded by ripping his father on Twitter with claims "he's disrespecting the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return. They are the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time."
After a summer of being dogged by allegations of infidelities and hardcore drug abuse, Odom has showed some signs of getting his life back in order over the last few weeks, including expressing an interest in resuming his NBA career.
After spending last season with L.A. Clippers, the veteran forward is now a free agent.
TMZ added Odom has not indicated if he now plans to resume paying his father's rent.
