Wherever Khloe Kardashian goes, the drama follows, and she got away with scorning yet another man.
There has been a lot of speculation that the reality star and her boyfriend, Rockets star James Harden, are on the verge of a breakup. Kardashian has also drawn the ire of another man, but in this particular instance, he let her off the hook.

Ironically enough, it all stemmed from a lavish birthday party the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star threw for Harden.
As usual, Kardashian went all-out to ring in Harden's 26th birthday in August, which was a raucous celebration on a boat that included a late-night fireworks show. The spectacle in the air occurred when the clock struck midnight on Harden's birthday on Aug. 26, and impacted the life of Marina Del Rey resident James Ferguson.

Ferguson claimed that the sudden, middle of the night fireworks display alarmed him and traumatized his dog. He then sued the reality star for $7,500 for the incident.
Like most things in life, Kardashian got away with it.
The case was dismissed in small claims court after Ferguson didn't bother to show up and plead his case, according to TMZ. As a result, the judge dismissed the suit, handing Kardashian a victory.
The television star has been prone to hurting men as of late. People close to Harden recently claimed he was "tired of looking like a fool" in their relationship. The Rockets star was agitated when Kardashian was spotted out at a concert with ex-boyfriend and rapper French Montana last month.
There has been a lot of speculation that all the other added drama that stems from Kardashian's life in the spotlight has also gotten to Harden. Kardashian is still married to Lamar Odom after all, which can't be easy for Harden even in light of the ex-NBA star's health scare.
Kardashian may have gotten away with startling Ferguson that night in Los Angeles, but Harden may be getting ready to stop the pain she's caused him soon.
