Russell Wilson and Ciara are one of the NFL's most famous celebrity couples, but if the bright spotlight fades on the quarterback, it could also dwindle on their relationship.

The Seahawks quarterback and the R&B singer have been dating since April and appear happy together, but with the NFL season winding down, anything can happen.

Ciara & Future's Problems Came At The Worst Possible Time

According to one insider, Ciara is very into being noticed, so if the glimmer of fame starts to fade on Wilson, it could be doomsday for the relationship.

"She's very calculating," a source told Page Six. "She used to have [paparazzi] waiting for her when her flights would land, so I wouldn't be surprised if she has other people speaking out against [Future] and staging her candid photos to tick him off."

The cunningness of Ciara could eventually wreak havoc on her one-time Super Bowl champion boyfriend. The joyride of the NFL season -- and the exposure that comes with it -- could come to an end for Wilson and Ciara as soon as Sunday.

The Seahawks will pay a visit to Minnesota and play the Vikings in Wildcard Weekend action where it's win or go home. Given his celebrity relationship and his success on the field, Wilson has jumped from being an NFL star to a superstar, as pointed out by Bleacher Report.

To be fair, the source was talking about Ciara's ex-fiancé Future, whom she has a child with, when pointing out how cold she can be. Still, if she's devious toward one ex, it's safe to assume that Wilson will feel her wrath if and when their relationship comes to an end.

There have been rumors that the couple might get engaged, but for now it's only been speculation. The longer Wilson waits, the bigger risk he takes of letting his moment in the sun run out.

Future tweeted that Ciara "has control problems" in a huge rant, which led to her people claiming he's "jealous" and that the singer has never stopped him from seeing their child, according to the Post.

Given her history, Ciara may be moving on again if Wilson's fame runs out.
