Josh Norman was fined more than $26,000 for his melee with Odell Beckham Jr. on Sunday. Apparently, it wasn't a stiff enough fine for the Panthers CB to learn his lesson.

Traveling to face the Falcons in the Georgia Dome in Week 16, Norman had a few choice words for one of Atlanta's veteran WRs.

Cam Newton's Dancing Is Ruining America

"I know Julio [Jones] is leading right now, receivers wise,'' Norman said, per ESPN. "Roddy [White], I think, is their fifth receiver coming in behind the tight end and running backs.

"I think he has one reception for a touchdown this year, so we're going to try to hold him out as much as we can."

Cam Newton Is Still A Better Role Model Than Ben Roethlisberger

Statistically, Norman is off the mark. White (429 yards) is actually the Falcons' fourth receiver, coming in behind Devonta Freeman (543), Jacob Tamme (567) and Julio Jones (1,544).

Norman is also off the mark with his intentions.

For all Beckham Jr.'s petulance on Sunday, Norman can't claim victim. The entire incident was instigated by both parties.

Not four days later, another incident is potentially being instigated again.

At least we know Norman -- who signed a four-year, $2.3 million contract in 2012 -- has another $26,000 lying around.
