Say goodbye to your family for the rest of the holidays. The college football bowl season is finally here.
BYU (9-3) and No. 22 Utah (9-3) have your first taste of ranked football in the 2015 Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl. What better place to experience the "Holy War" than sin city?
This is the first time the Cougars and Utes do battle outside of Utah, per NCAA. Utah holds the series advantage (54-31-4), including victories in the last four meetings. Bronco Mendenhall will do anything to end that streak.
The BYU head coach -- along with most of his coaching staff -- will be employed by Virginia in 2016. It's his final opportunity to not only beat his biggest rival, but also claim his 100th victory since taking over as head coach for the Cougars in 2005.
A free live stream of the contest can be found here.
