All those Tiger Woods comparisons you saved for Jordan Spieth … be sure to transfer them to Happy Gilmore.

The two-time major champion -- participating in the 70th Grapefruit Pro-Am in Florida -- opted to give the most animated golf swing in the history of the sport the old college try.

Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth Comparisons 'Unfair' According To Major Champion

It just didn't end well. His drive found the water instead of the fairway on the par-4 10th hole. At least he put on the show he promised.

"We're just putting on a show," Spieth told Golfweek. "Really, we're putting on a show, and it's unbelievable."

Spieth’s approach isn’t anything new. He now joins a laundry list of PGA Tour members who attempted to recreate Gilmore’s swing. Phil Mickelson, Padraig Harrington and a slew of others first attempted it in 2013.

The most successful came of the club of Harrington, which traveled 328 yards.

As endearing as Gilmore’s golf swing is, what the PGA Tour truly needs is a fist fight with Bob Barker and hockey-themed putting game.

We all anxiously await that day.
