It took more than six months, but Chivas Guadalajara appear to have finally landed their man. Alan Pulido is seriously considering a return to Mexico after receiving a visit from sporting director Jose Luis Higuera, per Entravision.
Pulido continues to struggle for playing time at Olympiacos, featuring in just 15 minutes all season.
Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez Should Return To Chivas
Attempting to stave off relegation, Chivas see Pulido as an integral part of the 2016 Clausura campaign. They’re just unwilling to admit it.
Higuera took to Twitter to defuse the rumors, saying that Pulido “has a contract in Greece” and that it was “always impossible to sign him.”

Mind you, this is the same man that tried to defuse the signing of Carlos Peña by claiming him to be "more expensive than Lionel Messi."
