Russell Wilson borrowed a page out of his R&B star girlfriend's playbook to spread some holiday cheer.

The Seahawks quarterback frequently visits the Seattle Children's Hospital and he recently has been bringing his girlfriend Ciara along with him. On Tuesday, the happy couple spread Christmas cheer to sick children and shared some photos and videos of the appearance on social media.

Russell Wilson Settling Into Celebrity Lifestyle

Wilson and Ciara visited many children, including Louis, who was serenaded by the couple with a duet. The quarterback and "Dance Like We're Making Love" singer gave their rendition of the Spanish Christmas jingle "Feliz Navidad" and shared a video of it on Instagram.

While the gesture is great, it was clear, Wilson should stick to football and leave the singing to his girlfriend.

One thing is certain after the appearance, Wilson and Ciara don't take their fame for granted and the couple uses their celebrity to do what they can to help out children in need. The Seahawks star signed on to become the team captain of a $100 million initiative by the hospital called "Strong Against Cancer" to raise awareness about pediatric cancer.

"Annually, pediatric cancers receive less than 3 percent of the National Cancer Institute budget," Wilson said last year in a Seattle Children's Hospital statement, according to The Christian Post, "which is why it's so important for all of us to support initiatives like Strong Against Cancer.

"The scientists working on immunotherapy have the treatment and the results to get us to a place where childhood cancer is no worse than a common virus. All that's needed now are the resources to bring it to every kid who needs it."

Wilson, a devout Christian, said he believes "God put me on this Earth to serve others" so while he spends his Sundays on the football field, he uses Tuesdays to visit the kids.

This particular Tuesday, the children got a huge lift by Ciara and Wilson just in time for the holidays.
