There is no derby name -- like the Clasico Capitalino between America and Pumas UNAM -- attached to Tigres UANL and Toluca. But the two will provide just as much intensity Thursday night.

Both clubs previously met at the start of the Apertura campaign. Toluca escaped the Estadio Universitario with a 1-0 victory, but this will be a different Tigres team entirely. There will be no Copa Libertadores run standing in the way.

William Da Silva Will Replace Rubens Sambueza At America

There will only be a heavy dosage of Rafael Sobis and Andre-Pierre Gignac.

Chiapas learned first hand what kind of fate that entails.

What They're Saying

Tigres UANL manager Ricardo Ferretti (via Esto): "My team is in good physical shape. The job [team physician] Guillermo Orta's done has given me peace. Fatigue is normal [in the playoffs], but I think my team is in good physical form. I think this will be a difficult game, but we shouldn't be scared of anyone."

Toluca midfielder Omar Arellano (via Esto): "I think [the regular season] is in the past. The Liguilla is a different animal. The club who plays the best wins the series. We're going to run. We're going to give our all. We have to play a smart game. We are focused and motivated for this situation."
