Khloe Kardashian returned to working out for the first time in months, but James Harden may need to hit the gym even more than his girlfriend.

It's been a whirlwind of an autumn for the reality star as she paused her divorce proceedings with husband Lamar Odom after drugs nearly cost him his life at a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13. Since the incident, Kardashian has been by Odom's side nonstop, visiting the hospital on a daily basis as the former NBA star continues his long road to recovery.

Khloe Kardashian Won't Have To Visit Lamar Odom In Jail

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has been dating Harden all along, and balancing her relationship with the Rockets star and visiting Odom in the hospital has left little time for her to workout.

Kardashian revealed this past Friday on Instagram that she hasn't been to the gym "since the beginning of October" due to a "slew of reasons." She rectified that lapse in working out on Monday by attending SOULCYCLE in Los Angeles and taking a spinning class, which it appears she thoroughly enjoyed.

"I LOVE LOVE LOVE spinning," she wrote in a blog post on KhloeWithAK.com. "A spin class is such a great workout. Between the dark lighting and the loud music, it's almost like dancing in the club, haha. I get SO into it."

Perhaps Harden should get into returning to the gym himself to figure out his game. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard has hit career-lows in field goal percentage (.401) and three-point percentage (.293) this season as many have began to wonder if the mental trauma that kept Kardashian out of the gym is keeping the three-time All-Star off of his game.

As his girlfriend supports Odom financially, Harden has had a terrible start to the season, especially defensively. During Harden's struggles, Houston has limped out to a 7-10 record, but the Rockets have won two straight games and Harden put up 50 points against the lowly 76ers on Friday.

Still, Harden's struggles have been glaring and he may need to hit the gym more than his girlfriend, even if it's just to work on some defense.

Who needs to hit the gym more?
