The fantasy football regular season is slowly coming to a close. For those still jockeying for playoff position, each fantasy point carries more importance than your next meal.
Don’t let it waste on your bench because you took a gamble on an injured player.
Jay Cutler’s Wife Responsible For NFC Playoff Push
Below are three players with a questionable designation you should avoid on Sunday.
Alshon Jeffery, WR, Bears
Bears coach John Fox called Alshon Jeffery “gutsy” for featuring in Chicago’s 37-13 undressing of the Rams last Sunday. The decision, however, might’ve cut Jeffery’s influence on Sunday's game.
The Bears WR is still suffering through a groin injury, and was nothing more than a decoy against St. Louis. Couple that with Denver’s league-leading passing defense, and the recipe is there to show Jefferey the bench in Week 11.
Vincent Jackson, WR, Buccaneers
Vincent Jackson returned to practice after missing the last three weeks with a knee injury. He shouldn’t, however, return to your lineup.
Jackson showed notable progress on Wednesday, but was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday. Head coach Lovie Smith doesn’t appear to be in a rush to see him return.
"I think you all have seen him running around," Smith said, per ESPN. "He's getting closer, which is right on schedule. But hopefully, he will be able to [play]. But we'll see."
Lovie Smith said Vincent Jackson (knee) made a lot of progress in practice this week. He will be a game-day decision.

Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seahawks
No, this isn’t deja vu. Marshawn Lynch is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s game against with the 49ers injury with the same abdomen injury.
If you took the gamble in Week 10, you were rewarded with 42 yards on eight carries.
Don’t be fooled twice.
