Two of the top four clubs in Mexico will do battle on Saturday when America hosts Pumas UNAM in the final match of the regular season.

Both clubs have qualified for the Apertura Liguilla. Pumas UNAM (34 points) have already secured the No. 1 seed, while America (27 points) hope a victory will see them jump to the all-important No. 2 seed -- just ahead of Toluca (29 points) and Tigres UANL (27 points).

As if that wasn't enough, the pride of Mexico City is on the line in the 119th rendition of the Clasico Capitalino. America holds the series advantage with 35 official wins and 12 Liga MX titles.

What They're Saying

America goalkeeper Moises Munoz (via Esto): "If they [Pumas] think beating us will be the cherry on top of their season, then their standards are low. For me, the season means nothing until you win the title. You have to be champions."

Pumas UNAM midfielder Javier Cortes (via Esto): "Every rival is important, but America are different. Every battle is challenged for intensely and that's how this game will be played. This is a great tactical battle between two gigantic clubs. It has to have intensity. Our job is to defend our badge and colors."
