Clayton Kershaw has been named a Cy Young winner in three of the last four seasons, but now the five time All-Star is saying that he's not the best choice for the National League's best pitcher.

Kershaw was asked who he believes should win the 2015 NL Cy Young award on Mike & Mike, and despite another phenomenal season for the lefty, Kershaw said it was his Dodgers teammate that should take home the hardware.

"I think you have to go Zack Greinke." Kershaw said when asked who he thought should win the Cy Young Award. "Just the way Zack pitched I don't think he gave up more than one run in a start, it seems like."

Kershaw also went on to give credit to Jake Arrieta of the Cubs, who managed to throw a no-hitter against the Dodgers this season. Arrieta won a league high 22 games while posting a 1.77 ERA. He also struck out 236 batters while throwing three complete game shutouts.

While Arrieta's ERA would more than likely win him a Cy Young in most seasons, Greinke was just a bit better with his 1.66 ERA. Greinke also had a better win/loss record, going 19-3 compared to Arrieta's 22-6.

Whoever takes home the hardware will be more than deserving of the Cy Young award. It more than likely wont be won by Kershaw this year, and it appears he is more than happy to concede the Cy Young title.
