Paige will take on Charlotte for the Divas Championship at Survivor Series, but it should be the night of "The Boss."

Sasha Banks has thrived at NXT, but thus far her transition to the main roster has been slow and plodding. The WWE has the right idea in taking its time in developing talent, but it seems to be off base when it comes to who to push quickly and who to wait around on.

5 Divas Who Can Step Up In Nikki Bella's Absence

There are countless male Superstars that got early pushes in their careers only to eventually flounder. Names like Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger come to mind, but the WWE very rarely has had a Diva just waiting to break out like Banks.

The Divas division has floundered in the past, but seems to be on the brink of breaking out into a real revolution with Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Banks in the fold and Bayley eventually waiting in the wings.

5 Potential Outcomes To Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns

Though the WWE has made some mistakes in pushing people too early, the WWE Universe is already solidly backing the former NXT Women's Champion, going as far as to chant "We want Sasha" during women's matches that don't even involve the Team B.A.D. member.

It's time for the WWE's creative team to unclog its ears and give the fan base what it wants.

Banks is absolutely stunning, but she's much more than that as an in-ring performer. With the days of ladies just serving as eye candy in wrestling thankfully behind us, Banks is living proof that you can have beauty and in-ring talent.

Her match with Bayley at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn stole the show and the two then made history with another fantastic bout, an Iron (Wo)man Match at NXT Takeover: Respect last month. Both of those contests took place on the NXT circuit, while the WWE hasn't even bothered to give "The Boss" much of a platform to showcase her talent on the main roster yet.

Survivor Series is that chance. The November Classic is one of the richest traditions to ever grace the WWE, but outside of maybe Trish Stratus vs. Victoria at the 2002 version of the event, not many women's matches have stood out during the franchise's run.

Paige is a solid in-ring performer and her heel turn justifies her getting some attention, but Banks and Charlotte could put on a tremendous show at the Survivor Series if the WWE would just give her a chance.

Paige has been given some great opportunities and has the in-ring prowess befitting of being a part of the ongoing revolution, but Banks just appears to be worlds ahead of her on the talent spectrum.

It should be Banks vs. Charlotte at Survivor Series, or even a Triple Threat Match including Paige, but instead the company has opted on a singles match while Banks continues to needlessly wander on the sidelines.

It's okay, though, the WWE can't ignore its fans forever. The smart money is on a deafening "We want Sasha" chant breaking out at the Philips Arena in Atlanta at the Survivor Series.

The WWE Universe knows what's best for business.
