RadarOnline is reporting Khloe Kardashian recently hired a private investigator to tail NBA husband Lamar Odom and learned he was cheating on her with at least five different mistresses.
After becoming suspicious of her husband's behavior, the website reports Kardashian hired the investigator as a way of collecting the hard evidence needed to potentially enforce an infidelity clause that's part of the couple's prenuptial agreement.
Multiple news outlets have reported Kardashian could get at least $500,000 for each year the two were together if they divorce and it's proven Odom cheated on her.
To date, two of Odom's alleged paramours, Polina Polonsky and Jennifer Richardson, have stepped forward to claim they engaged in longtime affairs with Odom. Richardson, a 29-year-old stripper from Washington D.C., even claims she and the 33-year-old NBA veteran openly talked of having a child together. Radar has previously reported she has taken and passed a lie detector test in support of her claims.
"Khloe has not only photographic proof that Lamar cheated on her with at least five different women, but has copies of text messages between Lamar and the other women," a source close to the developments told Radar. "She is a very smart woman and knew she had to get the proof because of the infidelity clause in their prenup."
In the event of a split, the source also told Radar Kardashian would keep the couple's Tarzana, Calif mansion. The couple is now already living separately, with Odom having recently moved into a downtown L.A. apartment.
Radar reports Odom has stashed away some $56 million in earnings he has netted over the course of his 14-year NBA career,while Kardashian is said to be worth in the neighborhood of about $18 million.
