The WWE may be losing another star from its stable after Wrestlemania 32 in Texas next year with Mark Henry leaning on retirement after the annual WWE extravaganza.
Henry, who started out his WWE career back in 1996, has been scarcely seen as of late and apparently the World’s Strongest Man is not expected to get any push from the WWE in the near future.

To date, Henry has found himself in minor cards and has been relegated to a backup of sorts, which is one reason why he has not been frequent on WWE shows. His current state is a far cry from the time he won the WWE World Heavyweight title from Randy Orton in the 2011 edition of WWE Night of Champions.
With that said, the 44-year-old Henry has no plans of re-signing with the WWE once his contract lapses. Aside from that, he plans to retire after Wrestlemania 32 which would be perfect considering the event will be held right in his home state of Texas.

The thing is there is no word for now on whether Henry will be having any role at Wrestlemania 32. He is not in any storylines for now but the best bet is to see him as one of the participants in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
With a ton-load of WWE stars to deal with, Henry has become one of the odd men out. On whether this retirement will stick or not remains to be seen seeing that he did fake one back 2013. Could the WWE hold a special ceremony for The World’s Strongest Man?
This time however, Henry’s plans don’t seem to be any part of a storyline and his retirement plans are indeed for real.
Regardless, don’t count out Henry completely from possibly returning to the wrestling scene.
