Sasha Banks proved to the world that she is the WWE Divas division's next shining star, now she needs to take it to the next level.

Paige Discusses Her 'Pipe Bomb'

"The Boss" began her career when the WWE threw her together with Naomi and Tamina to form Team B.A.D. in the thus far overhyped Divas Revolution. Banks' trio feuded with Team Bella and the now-defunct PCB for the last few months, but the revolution has taken a hit in recent weeks.

The WWE has the talent to get the Divas over if the creative team could work better angles for them and give them more high-profile matches. Lumping them all together is a disservice to the ladies and here are three reasons why Banks should fly solo.

Nikki Bella Disses WWE Legend

1) Takeover The Show

Banks proved she had the chops to go it alone when she was in NXT, and it was never more prevalent than when she faced Bayley in August at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. The ladies told an amazing story in the ring and actually managed to outshine a Ladder Match between Finn Balor and Kevin Owens as the best bout of the night.

Bayley and Banks will get a chance to one-up themselves at NXT Takeover: Respect Wednesday and the WWE better pay attention to their Iron Woman Match and use it as a catalyst to get Banks over as a solo Diva.

2) Money in the Bank(s)

When the WWE brought up Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Banks, it appeared that the Divas division was headed to a major overhaul and that great stories were about to be told. When all the women were thrown in different groups, it felt like more of the same. There's hope that Paige's recent heel turn that dissolved Team PCB will be the start of something major.

With that group defunct, the WWE now has a whole array of new feuds for Paige to embark on. The same could happen for Banks if the WWE would send her out on her own to feud against the likes of Nikki Bella, the ex-PCB members and any of her current stablemates.

3) Champion of Champions

Banks lived up to her name as "The Boss" when she proudly represented NXT as its Women's Champion. Not only did she get her amazing character over, but she performed sharply in the ring night-in and night-out. Banks spent 192 days atop the division as champion before falling to Bayley in a legitimate Match of the Year candidate in Brooklyn.

Since she's already shown what she can do with the minor league title, it's time to build her up as the biggest heel in the division and have her unseat Charlotte down the line to become the new face of the division. And what a pretty face she'd be.
