Floyd Landis doesn't know when to stop beating a dead horse. Five years after he filed a complaint against Lance Armstrong in federal court, the former cyclist now wants a full accounting.
In writing, he expects Armstrong to identify every doping method he ever used from 1998-2004. Most people can't recall what they had for breakfast.

Landis expects Armstrong to do so and then some.
"Armstrong's counsel frequently argues that Armstrong's use of performance enhancing substances is not disputed, but the reality is that Armstrong's 'admissions' to date have been carefully orchestrated and have not included relevant details," Landis' attorneys said, per USA Today. "Moreover, Armstrong has frequently sought to minimize his doping in his testimony and otherwise.

"Plaintiffs should be entitled to counter these types of arguments by showing the extent of Armstrong's doping with particularity."
Judge Cooper didn't agree.
Judge Cooper quickly rejected Floyd Landis' motion to compel Lance Armstrong to respond to doping allegations. Asked him to narrow request.

Judge Cooper has also asked Landis to produce docs relating to donations to the Floyd Fairness Fund for review, but "reserves judgment."

Landis is scheduled to testify in a pretrial deposition in the case on Monday. He originally filed suit as a whistleblower for the federal government in 2010.
