GoFundMe is either a fan of the Russell Wilson-Ciara relationship, or doesn't want Wilson to help his NFL team bounce back from an 0-2 start, or is a supporter of the abstinence message the couple has promoted.

The GoFundMe campaign started by Seahawks fans in an effort to break up the couple and boost the career of the Seahawks quarterback has been halted, apparently by the company, according to Huffington Post.

Russell Wilson Plays Worse The More He Tweets Before Games

"Nevertheless, the campaign appears to have since been pulled from the site," Huffington Post reported. "We reached out to GoFundMe to hear why they were unwilling to go along with the plan, but didn't hear back at time of publication. As such, we will assume they are all Pats fans."

USA Today Sports' For the Win originally reported that the fans who started the campaign just wanted what was best for Wilson's career -- and the Seahawks' success.

Ciara Responds Strangely To Question About Marrying Russell Wilson

"After seeing how great Future Hendrix career has been since Ciara broke up with him. We think the same thing can happen to Russell Wilson again!!"

The quarterback and pop singer have engaged in a very public relationship since news of their courtship broke during the spring.

The couple has been noted most for their revelation that they have agreed to abstain from sex until they get married -- which has led to speculation that a proposal is close at hand -- and for Ciara's feud with Future over how she allows their son, Future Zahir, to spend ample time with Wilson so soon into the couple's relationship.

Their war of words has brought other celebrities into the equation, taking sides with one or the other.
