Tony Romo Injury Update: QB Suffers Fractured Left Clavicle, Vows He’ll ‘Be Back’ [VIDEO]

The injuries keep piling on for the Cowboys. Just a week after losing Dez Bryant to a foot fracture, Tony Romo suffered a fractured left clavicle in Sunday’s 20-10 victory over the Eagles.

Even in a win, this team manages to lose.

A timeline for his recovery will be reevaluated tomorrow, but Romo told Erin Andrews after the game that he’ll return before season’s end.

"I'll be back," Romo said, per NFL.com. "It's going to take a little bit of time. It's a broken bone. It is what it is."

Naturally, Twitter had a field day.

Fortunately for the Cowboys, the Eagles were incompetent enough to make Brandon Weeden look respectable under center.
