Key Storylines

--It's been an offseason with plenty of change in Philadelphia, with many people questioning whether Chip Kelly has a method to his mayhem or if he's just a madman who has lost his mind. If preseason results are any indication, the Eagles could be a force to be reckoned with. The Eagles went 3-1 in the preseason and eclipsed 35 points in each of their victories.

--Part of the change will be at the helm of the offense for Philadelphia as Sam Bradford takes his spot under center to try and guide the Eagles back to the playoffs. With LeSean McCoy traded to the Bills, the Eagles now turn to former Cowboy DeMarco Murray and former Charger Ryan Mathews as its two-headed monster at running back.

--It's a new era in Atlanta as the highly-sought after defensive-minded Dan Quinn was brought in to coach the Falcons while Kyle Shanahan will serve as the new offensive coordinator. Though the preseason isn't usually much of a factor, the Falcons went 2-2 in their exhibition slate under the new regime.

--Matt Ryan returns for his eighth year at quarterback for Atlanta and his two favorite targets, Julio Jones and Roddy White will each look to make an impact out of the gate. The Falcons also hope to get a lot out of 2015 third-round pick Tevin Coleman as they look to improve a rushing game that finished 24th in the league with 1,498 yards on the ground last season.
