Gisele Bundchen Consulted Divorce Lawyer, Report

Rumors had been swirling over the summer that the Deflategate investigation was taking a toll on the relationship between Brady and Bundchen. Judge Richard Berman rescinded the four-game suspension the NFL imposed on the New England player last week.

"We're in a great place. I'll just say that," Brady said. "I'm a lucky man. I've been very blessed with support from my family and certainly her. There's no bigger supporter than I have than her and vise versa. I've been very blessed to have an incredible relationship with my life partner. I don't think anything would ever get in the way of that."

Gisele Bundchen Walks Out On Tom Brady During His Birthday

Bundchen had consulted a divorce lawyer, US Weekly reported last week.

"Tom thinks it's only a threat," US Weekly reported, according to in "insider." "But this is definitely a rough patch."

Another source close to the couple told US Weekly that "Tom's become very nasty and irritable and started acting out on her. Things are very tense right now. This could be the end of them."

OK Magazine reported last month that Bundchen walked out on Brady on his birthday after a major argument.

Later reports, however, insisted that Brady and Bundchen didn't even spend their summer birthdays together. That was part of the evidence used to show that the quarterback and former supermodel were not getting along.

The couple has been married since 2009 and have two kids together -- Benjamin (5) and Vivian (2).
