This isn't the first time both teams meet. The two were involved in a captivating 3-0 contest Wednesday night. Red Land got the better of their opposition, automatically qualifying for today's final.
Understanding what's at stake, the potential of becoming the first Pennsylvania team to win the LLWS since 1960, manager Tom Peifer is hopeful about his chances.
"It's crazy to think [we're here] and we're happy to represent the northeast and Mid-Atlantic," Peifer said, per WNEP. "Hopefully, we can get it done on Saturday."
The 45-50,000 in attendance share that same hope.
Ah, the #LLWS, that magical time of year when we find out what obscure American town's children reached puberty first.
