The third day of the 2015 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational came to a close on Saturday, with Justin Rose tying for first with Jim Furyk.

WGC-Bridgestone Invitational Round 1 Highlights

Shawn Lowry shot a 3-under par to remain two strokes of the pace, while Henrik Stenson, Bubba Watson and two others enter the final day tied for fourth. Below is a recap of the third day events.

What They're Saying

Justin Rose (via PGA Tour): "Yesterday [Friday], I actually played really well. It just didn't happen yesterday, but [I] came into today with a belief that I was still playing well." (Rose struggled en route to a 1-over par on Friday. Much like Steven Bowditch, however, he returned with a 7-under 63 to erase Furyk's four-stroke lead.)

WGC-Bridgestone Invitational Round 2 Highlights

Jim Furyk

Hardly prolific, Furyk played out of the rough for a majority of the back nine before finally hitting the fairway on the 18th hole. Birdies on the second, eighth and 11th hole helped mitigate the effects of bogeys on holes No. 7 and No. 12.

The 45-year-old finished with a humbling 1-under 69 for his 10th 54-hole lead/co-lead since 2011, per Justin Ray.
