NFL training camps are open, and for millions of people worldwide their fantasy football preparation has begun in earnest. Here at Sports World News we will break down all 32 NFL teams in terms of their fantasy value. Readers will find the must-own players in every format, the sleepers in specific formats, and hidden gems only necessary for those in very deep leagues.

Today's preview will be on the New York Giants.

Must Own

Odell Beckham Jr., WR (ADP:9) Beckham Jr. is going one spot ahead of Dez Bryant, which may seem crazy for a player with only 11 starts under his belt. Beckham was literally unstoppable though, so if you want to grab him with any pick I won’t tell you no. Beckham is quite possibly the most explosive player in the NFL.

Eli Manning, QB, (ADP:91) Manning is the 12th quarterback off the board right now, meaning he’s a bench player in 10-team leagues. Mistake. Look at how high his No. 1 WR is ranked, and keep in mind that he has a pass-happy offensive coordinator in Ben McAdoo. Over the Giants’ final 10 games Manning was averaging 308 yards and two touchdowns; he was above 300 yards in four of those games, and threw for more than two touchdowns in four as well.

Shane Vereen, RB (ADP:90) Vereen is not the Giants’ starting RB, but he has the most fantasy upside because of his receiving ability. The Giants’ new offense is pass-heavy, and Vereen can not only catch out of the backfield, but also split out wide and run routes.

Rashad Jennings, RB (ADP:74) Jennings is on the list for now because he is a starting running back, but after a 3.8 yards-per-carry campaign, his grip on the role is tenuous at best. Monitor the Giants’ RB battle throughout camp.

Victor Cruz, WR (ADP:96) Cruz is coming off a serious knee injury, but he will also be reverting to his slot WR role where he was originally most effective. Cruz should be counted on for a lot of receptions (Read: PPR), but not so many touchdowns. Whether he is still the kind of guy to take the top off a defense remains to be seen.

Sleepers (Best Format)

Andre Williams, RB, Standard (ADP:136) For the price of the 136th pick fantasy owners can get my pick to be the New York Giants starting running back, and team leader in rushing touchdowns. Williams is not overly talented, but he has the coaching staff’s trust at the goal line, and the bulk to move the line of scrimmage.
Rueben Randle, WR, Standard (ADP:203) Randle’s targets rose significantly in 2014, and he turned in a 73-catch, 938-yard season with three touchdowns. If he can get those touchdowns up he’s a fair flex option for a bye week, or a nice matchup play in three-WR leagues.

Deep Finds (Best Format)

Larry Donnell, TE Stanard (ADP:214) Donnell will make you rip your hair out if he is your every-week TE, but he has a ton of talent. He had 63 catches and six touchdowns in 2014; he also had five games with two or fewer catches.
