Conor McGregor has certainly mastered the art of talking the talk as he's taken the UFC by storm with his braggadocio, but on July 11 the featherweight hopeful will be in the octagon with Jose Aldo, the No. 1 rated fighter pound-for-pound in the UFC.

McGregor has won four of his five UFC bouts by TKO, but noted martial artist and movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme thinks McGregor can improve immensely. Van Damme said he can see Aldo knocking off McGregor in their upcoming fight, and that he'd like to work with McGregor going forward to make his striking even more lethal.

"McGregor is a great fighter if he can use his legs as good as his fists. What he has that not too many people have is the eye. [Fedor] Emelianenko was not really in shape, but his eye. He's got that, but what McGregor has is hunger and he's training every day," Van Damme said.

"After this fight I would love to spend some time with him to elevate the knee even better and not make mistakes. Turning around like that, it's fantastic. He's got the speed but a guy like Aldo can get inside him. That's dangerous."

Unfortunately, McGregor will have to fight Aldo before Van Damme can impart his wisdom. Fellow UFC fighter Urijah Faber thinks that Aldo will prevail over McGregor-likely by getting inside-and thinks McGregor is prone to submission.

"He's a tough fighter but there is some give in him," Urijah Faber said of McGregor. "Don't get it twisted, there are guys who have never given up. I think he's had to submit a couple of times. When push comes to shove and life is on the line, the guy would be happy to give up.

"I think that Aldo is going to win that fight."
