Like father, like son. Well, not in Tiger Woods' case.

The 14-time Major champion attempted to cultivate the swing of his six-year-old son on Wednesday. According to Woods, it was Charlie who should've been providing the lesson on the tee.

Tiger Woods Never Used Steroids, Says Former Caddie

"He's got some parts in his swing that I'm trying to do,'' Woods said Wednesday with a laugh at the Memorial Tournament (via Yahoo Sports). ''It's a little frustrating at times.''

Any ambitions of seeing a golf prodigy, however, should be put on the backburner. Charlie's reported interest is in the world's game. Although, Woods admitted his son's love for soccer has kept him engaged in golf.

The Memorial Tournament Preview, Tee Times and Predictions

''It's about them enjoying the attention that it takes to try to get to par,'' the former world No. 1 said. ''What my dad did was genius because it kept me interested. [I thought], 'My dad shot 2-over par and I shot 3, and I almost beat him.' Even though I was making 11 and 12 on holes.''

With the pleasantries out of the way, Woods turns his attention to the Memorial Tournament at the Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. Following a paltry tied-for-69th performance at the Players Championship, the pressure is on to show a glimpse of the form he exuded at the peak of his powers.

Along with Jason Day and Patrick Reed, Woods is scheduled on Friday for a 1:05 p.m. ET start off the first tee.
