Hulkamania could very well run wild on AT&T Stadium at WrestleMania 32.

Steve Austin Hints At WrestleMania 32 Bout With Brock Lesnar

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has continued to campaign for a match at the biggest show of the year at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, on April 3, 2016.

Hogan spoke at a Special Olympics Torch Rally at ESPN headquarters in Connecticut recently and he discussed his desire to return for one more match, even going as far as to say he would love a WWE World Heavyweight Championship shot.

"I would love to get back in there and have that one last match, that retirement match, that World Title shot, whatever it is," Hogan said, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com. "Vince McMahon is taking the entire WWE Universe to AT&T Stadium for this coming WrestleMania. And I know they're going to break my record. So, I told Vince if I can get in shape, if I can pass the physical, I would love to get in the ring one more time."

The potential comeback does hinge on Hogan passing a physical to compete, something which has made an in-ring return doubtful in the past. Hogan has said repeatedly over the past year that he's training hard for a return to the ring, but it remains to be seen if the WWE will be open to it.

Hogan put the WWE on the map in the mid-1980s and his popularity helped spring the first ever WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden in New York City in 1985.

Hogan's billed main event with Andre the Giant two years later at WrestleMania III set an indoor attendance record and was one of the most highly anticipated main events in WWE history.

Hogan was a huge part of WrestleManias I-IX before he jumped ship to WCW and revolutionized the business once again by turning heel for the first time and joining Kevin Nash and Scott Hall in the original nWo.

After WCW went under, Hogan returned to the WWE and had his first WrestleMania bout in nine years when he faced Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson at WrestleMania X-8 in Toronto. Hogan then faced McMahon in a Street Fight at WrestleMania XIX in 2003 in his last clash at the Show of Shows to date.

Hogan has made sporadic appearances in the WWE and left for a while to work for TNA, but he hasn't been an active competitor in McMahon's company for quite some time.

The Hulkster is hoping to return to the ring next April and even said in the past he'd love to face John Cena at WrestleMania 32 in a dream match between the past face of the WWE and the current face of the franchise.

The red and yellow could be returning at the WWE's grandest stage at WrestleMania 32.
