Shaquille O'Neal was a monster on the court for nearly his entire career, and he is one of the 10 best players of all time in the minds of many people. For now, he is a popular studio personality for TNT on Inside the NBA, but he may be a fixture in NBA arenas once again in just a few years.

Kevin Love To Stay In Cleveland Following Injury?

According to MSN, the apple did not fall far from the gigantic tree in the O'Neal family. Shaq's son, Shareef, is a freshman at the Windward School in Los Angeles. Shareef is already six-foot-eight, and he has displayed a shocking combination of talent and athleticism on the court, including a set of skills that his father never had.

Shareef most recently showcased his skills at the 2015 Big Cup tournament in Houston, Texas. He has a better shooting touch from the midrange and the free throw line than his father ever did, and he shows a soft touch around the basket. Shareef does not exhibit the raw power that his pop did during his heyday, but what other NBA player has ever been as physically dominant of a presence as Shaq?

Coach Spo On The Hot Seat?

Shaq was on hand at the recent tournament to support Shareef, and he certainly looked like a proud dad in the stands. It would appear that the sky is the limit for the young man, as he is still growing, and he is working to develop a diverse game that should translate to higher levels of basketball.

Though he is only a freshman, it is already hard not to envision Shareef tearing up the NCAA for a year before heading on to his dad's old stomping grounds in the NBA.
