Ronda Rousey is making the talk circuit and publicity rounds this week, but this time in service of an event besides an upcoming UFC fight.

No, the organization’s undefeated bantamweight champ is instead on the trail promoting her new autobiography, My Fight, Your Fight, which is set to hit bookshelves later this month.

Details Of Ronda Rousey’s Autobiography Emerge

The Daily Mail leaked some interesting details from the memoir yesterday, including Rousey’s battles with family tragedy and substance abuse. On Tuesday, the 28-year-old superstar confessed to radio hosts Gregg “Opie” Hughes and Jim Norton that she originally posed for ESPN the Magazine’s Body Issue as a means of blocking the release of nude photos her ex-boyfriend possessed.

“Writing the book, the whole, ‘My Fight, Your Fight’ thing has really forced me to be introspective and figure out why I do things the way I do,” Rousey said. “It was because of that one ex, we called him ‘Snappers McCreepy,’ because we caught him taking naked pictures of me. The first thing I did was take naked pictures for ESPN.

“If it’s going to get out there, then I want it to get out there on my terms. The same thing with playing the heel. If people are going to dislike me it’s because I sought for it to be that way.”
