LeBron Doesn’t Intimidate Opponents?

However, earlier this season LeBron ditched the headband suddenly, and without explanation. After over a decade of wearing one, night after night, King James showed up to a March match-up with the Dallas Mavericks with a naked forehead. The four-time NBA MVP hasn’t worn one since.

"I did it because I just wanted to look like my teammates," James said. "Just wanted to be one. Nothing more than that."

Makes sense, especially for a Cavs team looking to keep solidarity as they enter the second round of the NBA playoffs. But veteran shooting guard Mike Miller believes there’s more to LeBron’s story.

"Well, that's the only way he can [look like us] because I can't get away with wearing a headband," Miller joked.
