Two of the top five clubs in La Liga table will do battle today in a league match between Sevilla and Real Madrid. The first-division clash scheduled for 2 p.m. ET can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on beIN Sports.
The Stage
Real Madrid enter Saturday chasing Barcelona atop the league table.
Only two points separate both clubs, but the gap is ready to increase. Sevilla haven't lost at home in 34 matches. That, however, isn't enough to deter Pepe. The center-back is adamant that the club will continue to fight.
"We were able to get into our stride and it was an easy game [against Almeria] on paper because it was at home," Pepe said (via Inside Spanish Football). "The team performed well and James scored a beautiful goal for the enjoyment of everyone."
"Now, we have an important game coming up on Saturday against Sevilla and we need to prepare for it well," he added. "We are going to fight for the La Liga title right until the end."
The In-Form Player
Gareth Bale is expected to return to the pitch on Saturday. In 28 league appearances with Real Madrid, the 25-year-old has 13 goals and seven assists.
Projected Lineups
Sevilla (4-2-3-1): Rico; Tremoulinas, Kolodziejczyk, Carrico, Coke; Krychowiak, Banega; Vitolo, Iborra, Vidal; Bacca
Real Madrid (4-4-2): Casillas; Marcelo, Ramos, Varane, Carvajal; James, Kroos, Isco, Bale; Ronaldo, Hernandez
