The Dallas Cowboys have caught a break on their off-season’s neverending PR-nightmare.

Prosectuors in Wichita, KS have announced on Wednesday that they will not pursue a case against the team’s running back Joseph Randle. Randle had been arrested on accusations of domestic violence, but the charges have now been dropped.

Twitter Reacts To Cowboys Signing Greg Hardy

“Randle was arrested in February on drug charges after police were called and told of adomestic violence case. The drug charges were later dropped, but police said the domestic violence investigation was ongoing. Now that investigation has wrapped up, and Randle is legally in the clear,” writes Pro Football Talk.

Randle’s arrest was yet another black mark for the Cowboys in a 2015 filled with them. They gained considerable criticism and scorn for signing free agent defensive end Greg Hardy. Hardy sat out the entire 2014 season and will sit for 10 games in 2015 following his own arrest for domestic violence.

NFL Can't Find Dez Bryant Tape?

The team also spent weeks nervously navigating the Dez Bryant situation, fearing a video tape would emerge depicting their star receiver engaging in some sort of heinous activity. No such tape has surfaced yet.
