Mark Wahlberg is known for the movies he makes, but he has a lot of interests outside of his acting career. He owns other businesses, enjoys promoting up and coming talent, and loves playing and watching sports.

Because of his love of sports, it should come as no surprise that Wahlberg has big plans for what could be the last superfight ever in boxing. Instead, Wahlberg decided that in honor of Floyd Mayweather finally stepping into the ring with Manny Pacquiao after years of dancing around each other, he would up the stakes with a wager against his good buddy, hip-hop mogul Diddy.

What good is watching a superfight without making a super bet? According to TMZ, that is exactly what Wahlberg and Diddy have done, and they are not kidding around with the dollar amount, wagering a cool quarter-million dollars on who will win.

And the two men are serious about the bet too. They have already put the money in escrow, so neither party can decide to back down in case their fighter loses (for the record, Wahlberg is betting on Pacman to take the victory).

And because Diddy and Mark are such great guys, the money will end up in good hands regardless of who wins the fight because it will be going to the winning fighter's favorite charity.
