Chip Kelly has had one of the busiest—and polarizing—off-seasons in the NFL this year, but it looks like the third-year Eagles coach isn't done yet.

Philadelphia Eagles Bring In Tim Tebow For An Off-Season Work-Out

Although you might think the team seems pretty set at quarterback, with Sam Bradford, Mark Sanchez, and Matt Barkley rounding out the depth chart, reports are that Kelly is still not satisfied with his prospects at the position.

Despite denials to the contrary, there is rampant belief that Kelly craves Oregon QB Marcus Mariota, and would be willing to ship his first stringer Bradford in any deal that would allow him to move up and draft him. One taker might be the Cleveland Browns, who are reportedly "90% done" with their own young quarterback, party boy Johnny Manziel.

Did LeSean McCoy Threaten To Punch Chip Kelly?

Should a blockbuster trade involving Bradford not materialize, Kelly might instead consider shopping Barkley in favor of other assets as well. Should Barkley leave town, Sports World Report claims that free agent QB Tim Tebow would be a name Kelly would pursue for the third string role. The Eagles brought in Tebow for a workout earlier this off-season.
