The Houston Texans may look to the NFL Draft to potentially solve their persistent quarterback problems, and UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley may be the man to take the reins. Houston isn't in the mix for this year's big guns, Marcus Mariota (Oregon) and Jameis Winston (Florida State), because of their draft slot, so they are eyeing some longer-term projects a bit later on.

Hundley quarterbacked the Bruins for three seasons, serving as a potent dual-threat. Last season was his best year, throwing 22 touchdowns against just five interceptions and amassing 3,155 yards through the air. He added 644 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground.

The Texans signed Brian Hoyer to lead the offense this offseason, and traded for Ryan Mallett in the 2014 preseason. They also drafted a project in Tom Savage in the 4th round last year, so bringing in Hundley raised eyebrows. It's also surprising that they will bring in Hundley as opposed to in-state prospect Bryce Petty, who starred at Baylor.

Petty's best season was his junior year, when he threw 32 touchdowns and was picked off just three times. In his junior and senior years combined he was intercepted just 10 times.
