Rumors that Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has left rehab are unfounded, according to representatives from the team itself.

Colleen Crowley's Instagram Hints At A Manziel Rehab Exit

The 25-year-old former Heisman winner entered a treatment facility six weeks ago, following a rocky rookie season that was marred by poor play on the field and bad behavior off of it.

Since entering rehab Johnny Football has remained completely out of the public eye. However, recent tweets from ESPN reporter Sarah Spain and a cryptic Instagram post from his girlfriend Colleen Crowley hinted that he may have re-entered the real world.

However, over the weekend a Browns spokesperson nipped this speculation in the bud, telling The Cleveland Plain Dealer that Manziel was "still receiving treatment and that the club is continuing to respect Manziel's privacy."

There was no set end date,'' Browns head coach Mike Pettine said, corroborating the company line. "The personal stuff (is more important) now. Football is an afterthought, so we're just giving him his privacy and (letting him) do what he has to do.

"It's something that he was very resolute that needed to get done and again, I'll respect his privacy and leave it at that,'' he added.

If Manziel was truly out and spending time with his girlfriend Crowley, she gave no further indication of it. Her latest photo is of herself and some friends partying for St. Patrick's Day in an undisclosed location. No Johnny Football in sight.
